At Chris Holmes Antiques, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your unique acquisition; if an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that due to the aged nature of antiques, items are sold as-described and must be returned in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our gallery via email within 48 hours of receiving your item to notify us of your intent to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the antique in its original shipping materials, ensuring all protective padding is used to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Ship the item back to our workshop using a trackable, fully insured courier service; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the item and confirmed it is in its original, unaltered state, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
